Default Two live NL hands.

.25/.50 blind game, 9 handed, $20 buyin.

I've got AdTs in MP, I limp with two already in, it ends up being 5 handed (the two before me, one after, and bb)
Flop comes Ax6d3d. Complete maniac nutjob (saw him make a $3 preflop raise with 72s, seeing almost every showdown) bets out for $5, Folded to me, I make it $15 which puts me all-in. With the [censored] hes done, I'm almost positive I have the best hand, if he had any ace he would have raised preflop.

Second hand:

TT, folded to me in MP, I make it $2, get one caller (button, whos a big donk post flop, fairly conservative preflop). Flop comes JT7 rainbow. He leads for $3, I make it $8, and he pushes (~$17 for me to call) I have to call this, right?

Holding top pair decent kicker with back door nut flush draw against a maniac? Easy move. You did the right thing, even if he had a better hand.

Hand 2: easy call

Either raise or fold pre-flop...more towards folding in hand 1. Against a maniac, ill take that hand to the felt everytime. In hand 2, what are you afraid of? Why wouldnt you call that?

At the time I was afraid of nothing, until he showed 98 and MHING. I'm not too sure why I posted it, other than those two hands were the reason I was down last night, and figured it woudln't hurt to just make sure my play was standard.
