Default River decision, AA and get check-raised

These are the hands that make me afraid to value bet.

Villian is 35/13/1 over 66 hands. He has previously check-raised me on the river and showed 57o (called in MP) that flopped a 7 and rivered a 5.

Not value betting here would be a crime.

You are missing out on bets when you don't value bet against these types of opponents.

I agree with previous posters. Gotta bet here. He could have been chasing a club flush, or perhaps have A-x suited and hit his kicker while putting you on A-K or similar. If you get check-raised, so be it.

Do you think I'm ahead that often when I'm check-raised?

Here's my thinking and please explain if you disagree.

I only want to bet here if I can fold to a CR. I don't want to put in a possible 2 bets here. I've lead the entire hand bet or raised at every oppotunity, villian has no reason to think I'll fold to a CR (I have not done it at this table today), And I've previously called a CR from him. He's capable of playing any two cards (as show by his 57o Limp), and has not shown one tricky move in 66 hands. I don't think I'm ahead even 5% of the time I'm check-raised here.
