Default 13 outs

Do I have to raise here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

SB ($39.40)
BB ($60.85)
UTG ($50)
UTG+1 ($58.45)
MP1 ($43.30)
MP2 ($68)
MP3 ($85.45)
CO ($56.20)
Hero ($119.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.50, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 2 folds</font>, MP3 calls $0.50, 1 fold</font>, Hero calls $0.50, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($3) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB checks, BB folds, UTG checks, UTG+1 bets $2</font>, hero?

UTG+1 is a rockish multi-tabler.

No, calling is fine here, hoping to get another caller or two. You have position so you can use it to see more cards.

You *can* raise, but calling is good too.

i don't raise here b/c of how many people might call after me. However, if it is raised again after me, i'd probably reraise/push.

You might want to rethink this; it pretty much announces that you have a big draw as you wouldn't slowplay a set or two pair on this type of board. That may or may not be a consideration in SSNL but it definitely will be if/when you move up.

against these opponents, this is a fine play. As i move up, definately not a great play at all. Depends on the thinking level of your/our opponents.

Thanks for pointing that out though, hadn't looked at it this way. Keep in mind, i won't play it the same way every single time.

I'd call, but I count 12 outs to beat TP. 4 Qs, 8 other diamonds (not counting the Qd). Am I missing one?
