An important milestone everyone needs to go through. If you have the slightest doubt that you aren't playing 100%, stop playing poker for a while and pour over your poker tracker histories.

Play as many hands as you can once you're confident that you're playing well, because the sooner you get the #'s in the sooner the swing will be over.

I think this is as good as it gets on advice. Stop playing for now, review your hands, watch a movie or whatever and start over in a couple of days.
