Default Bluff gone bad, did I ever have a chance?

Party $100 max 10 handed.
Villain has been minraising just about every flop bet throughout the session, hasn't shown down many hands. Don't know if anyone was paying attention, but my image would probably be tight aggressive.

Villain ($100) limps from MP, Button limps, small blind completes, I check Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB checks, I bet $2, Villain minraises to $4, Button and SB fold, I call.

Turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
I bet $7, Villain minraises to $14, I go to $45, he goes into the tank and calls.

River: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I set him all in for his last $60 or so.

Anybody like it? If you were the villain, what are you folding here? I was pretty surprised by what he had on the end, and I was just wondering if my line was credible at all.

Uh, give up after being mini-raised twice. Seriously.

Yeah. I agree. You can only take a bluff so far. IF you have a LAG read on him, by all means, try.
But a blind-steal bluff does not really pay off too much.

If you are villain, what do you need to go to showdown here?

what beats you? Typical "big blind specials" include
K3, Q3, 39, 32, and the less typical set of K's, Q's, 3's, 9's, set of 2's. You definitely overplayed this drastically. There's no way you should be up to the river with medium pair and a horrendous kicker this far in chips.

I was in the big blind... Villain was in middle position. Anyways, he called on the end with just A-K. I guess what I want to know is if I just ran into a donk, as I'm pretty sure the majority of my opponents will be laying down top pair here. Only reason I followed through on the river because he took so long to call on the turn.

I'm not playing Q-6 expecting it is the best hand. Nobody's calling on the end with middle pair here either.

Villain is mini-raising most flops. Villain has mini-raised you on two streets already.

Villain is a donk. Donks don't lay down TPTK.

Don't bluff donks.
