Default QJs hits TP against LAG, flop play?

CO is a big lag. SB is LP. Didn't have a handle on CO 3-betting standards. I assumed he would auto-bet flop. Which is better here a lead or a c/r? If the passive was to my left a c/r would be best, but that was not the case. Do you lead and hope CO raises out SB? What's your plan if they both call, keep betting until shown resistance? Thanks.

I'd CR. If the flop was twotone I might prefer donking because CO will almost invariably put you on the flush draw and give too much action on the flop.
