Default Why should I play NL?

I know this has to be posted a billion times, but the search function has not been my friend
I've been playing small stakes full ring (up to .5/1) for a couple of months. I 4 table and I'm doing quitte good even though variance has hurt me a little lately. I'm trying to decide what my poker future is going to be. I'm propably gonna start learning 6-max limit soon since people are saying is essential as you move up.
People in limit forums are saying NL is boring and all and to be honest I think it's kind of boring as well. People in NL forums are saying NL is the shiat. I've read arguments from limit posters why someone should stick in limit hold'em. What would YOU say are the advantages of playing NL. What would you say to convince me? (even though you couldn't care less ). Any links would be appreciated if you are too bored to respond.

Id like to know all the reasons why limit players say NL is boring. It boggles the mind that people so concerned with improving their winnings by fractions of a BB could ever call NL boring.

Fish can put in $400 or even more at a time on one street in NL 2/4. In limit they can put in $8.

duh... cuz all the cool kids are doing it!

in all seriousness though in NL u should win more money with the same BR, less variance, and more control over your destiny.

look at the numbers if u like. $1000 BR=50nl=2/4L
10PTBB/100 in nl= $10/100
2BB/100 in L=$8/100

+u get to say all u can eat baby, and play with more fishies

Serioulsy though, I just made the switch over from NL to limit and my profit is already increasing by a LOT from my limit game. The fish are even worse at the NL table and there is nothing releaving a fish with his huge stack
