Once you bet that turn you can't fold to his raise.

Can I bet $15 and get away from an alleged turned straight if he reraises all-in? Did I just commit myself, or do I have too good a hand?

I suppose the range includes all sorts of draws, plus lower sets.. the only hand I'm afraid of is the made straight.

You have to get all in here. He could easily have two pair or a smaller set and you have redraw outs if he has a straight.

Just about any plan where you are in position with top set, and bet with the intention of folding to a raise is a very suspect plan.

I have the numbers while I'm playing, but when I'm reviewing when I've closed the poker client, I have to go hunting.

Ok, this was my take - if he has the straight, more power to him. Which he did.

River: ($121.20) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $121.20

Results:
SB has 6h 7h (straight, nine high).
Hero has As Ad (full house, aces full of eights).
Outcome: Hero wins $109.90. SB wins $11.30.

Man, do I suck. Out.
