Preflop raise preflop fold
button was 24/8 sb was 30/22 bb was 60/25 no doubt the worse player at the table. Huge factor in my fold was the button reraise. I can post rest of hand later if anyone wants. |

Re: Preflop raise preflop fold
bad fold. button is obviously calling, so you're getting 8:1 to call this. enough for set value alone.

Re: Preflop raise preflop fold
Getting 14:2 you have odds to hit your set here. It's the crappy dominated hands I would be looking to fold when it's 2 back to me.

Rest of hand
So if I hadnt folded preflop, I wouldnt have stayed in for rest of hand,
Out of interest if not a flop fold how would you play rest of hand? Re: Rest of hand
I wouldn't stay to the river, that's for sure. I think I'd raise the BB's bet and go from there.

Re: Preflop raise preflop fold
Only hand what you can fold after your open raise when it gets capped is A-small offsuit, A,8 and A9 prolly folds.

Re: Rest of hand
I would maybe throw in a bet/raise on this raggedy flop, but when it gets capped I'm out of there. If the flop came high cards I autofold. Just look to hit the set or get out mainly.

Re: Rest of hand
I'd raise the BB's flop bet, probably end up getting in for capped betting 4 ways or something ridiculous on the flop, not improve on the turn and fold having thrown a few more bets away. Meh, what can you do?
