Default 88 odd preflop decisions

No read on this guy, I am very new to table. I shoulda reraised the first time preflop, I know.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter

UTG ($16.85)
MP ($10.70)
CO ($3.50)
Hero ($26.50)
SB ($17.55)
BB ($34.35)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1</font>, Hero calls $1, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3.5</font>, CO folds, Hero calls $25.50 (All-In), UTG calls $13.35 (All-In)

Fold preflop. Don't get involved with a micro stack with your smallish pp's. As played, UTG's limp followed by his raise, usually means big pp. As his stack is not big enough for you to play for set value either, fold there too.
