Re: AF
While I don't have any PokerTracker stats, I often discover that in a single session my AF on the flop is over 5:1, slowing down a bit on the turn and river. I've actually played hours where I never called on any street. Mind you, I'm playing 15-20% of my hands and folding plenty of those post flop. One of the biggest things I've learned from SSHE is that it's okay to call sometimes. On the other hand, after reading the book, I've also started raising my draws much more often when I'm second in on the flop and even on the turn, trying to buy overcard outs from those left to act behind me.

Re: AF
3/6 short:
3.95 2.88 1.58 for 2.91 total. 2/4: 3.88 3.08 2.14 for 3.16 total. The change is my game improving. However, there is an upper and lower bound to a "correct" af. Also, FWIW, my 2/4 stats were 21.50/12.97 and my 3/6 short stats were (are?) 21.82/17.02. My short handed vpip could be a bit higher, but I've been running a bit cold in terms of playable starting hands. |
