i dont drink coffee at all, it tastes bad to me. i have virtually no caffeine in my diet.

I remain skeptical. Only because when doing this research scientists often look at something in its raw "uncooked" form.

Nutrients can be fragile so pooring boiling water over coffee may change the picture somewhat.
