Default 33 - JJ in the BB

UTG has seemed pretty solid so far. Should i just assume a bigger pair here and fold or is it worth a call?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (4 handed) converter

UTG (t1750)
Button (t1430)
SB (t1605)
Hero (t3215)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG raises [t1750] , 2 folds, Hero?.

I would call this because...

If you lose the hand you still have 1500 chips
His push imo does not represent AA KK QQ
You have JJ 4 handed, which is huge

Reasons I might consider folding...

If you have a really good read on this player and think he may only do this with as you say a bigger pair or AK AQ etc it may be worth letting it go. You should be able to dominate the table being cl by quite a way and pick up many uncontested pots - it may be best to not try and burst the bubble
