Default KJs 5-handed, played correctly?

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, Hero raises, UTG calls, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: (8 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, Button calls, SB raises, Hero calls, UTG calls, Button calls.

Turn: (8 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG calls, Button calls, SB calls.

River: (16 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, Hero folds, UTG calls, Button calls.

Final Pot: 19 BB

PF: Standard
Flop: 3-betting would be a very thin value raise, so I like protecting my hand on the turn.
Turn: Yikes.
River: No kicker. Fold.

No reads.

I am not sure that I understand why you raised SB's turn bet, particularly as you then check/folded the river unimproved.

You were probably behind to SB on the turn and the A was a bad turn card for you with 3 opponents remaining. Getting 9:1 pot odds, calling the turn bet to see if your hand improved would seem to have been a better option.

On the river, when the board is paired, a flush draw is out and SB bets into 3 opponents with an A showing, I very much doubt that your hand is good. Even though the pot has become big, I think a river fold was probably correct.

3-bet the flop. don't like the turn raise. river i like only because of the 2 players behind me.
