Party Layout ???

I thought that I had seen this addressed but couldn't find on a search (and yes for the freakin search police who seem to spend more time telling people to search and flaming them than helping...don't get me started)
1. Seems to be in SNG's that players labels move and show double and partials.

2. Your own Label moves on all games.

Any way to stop this from happening..thanks in advance.
