Default A spot I find myself in quite a bit...........

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (7 handed) converter

MP1 ($45.80)
MP2 ($55.80)
Hero ($116.35)
Button ($100)
SB ($61.90)
BB ($51.95)
UTG ($64.25)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3</font>, MP1 calls $3, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $3, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($10.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $5</font>, MP1 calls $5, Hero....

UTG likes to call raises w/ A-xs, cold calls quite a bit. MP1 has consistantly bled $ for the last hour.

Folds and waits for a better spot. MP1 will continue to bleed $ and you'll find better ways to take advantage of UTG's loose calling.

I'd fold since another player is already in (despite his cash bleeding tendencies). A raise is too risky, and if you call, many cards can beat you on the turn if you are not beat already. Finally, you probably won't get paid off much on a nine since the board will look scary.
