Default Table strategy Q:

When playing a MTT and it's down to 2 tables with 6 people at each, should one loosen up starting hand requirements as if you are playing a 6 max table? Or should you maintain whatever style you had been playing since there are 12 people left with top 3 paying?

At that particular moment, you're playing 6 handed not 12. Your starting requirements MUST lessen accordingly or you're not maximizing your potential. You're only competing against 10 random cards vs 18 on a full table. Huge difference.
