J8o in BB, donk the turn?
No reads on villain as he just sat down.
Should i checkraise the flop? Donking the turn seemed good since i picked up a nice draw with my second pair. Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 2 folds, UTG+2 calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks. Re: J8o in BB, donk the turn?
When it's checked to the last player to act on the flop, he bets, and it's then folded to you, you should be check/raising with any made hand. Unless that player is so straightforward that you know he would only bet with a better hand.
So I'm check/raising the flop & leading the turn. If the flop is checked through, I'm leading any turn which doesn't bring another overcard to my pair. |
