7.5 PFR is pretty low. Regardless, since BB already folded, it seems like a calldown situation. Raising the flop slows down a bluff and lets you get owned harder by a real hand.

I like calling flop and reevaluating on turn. I think you could get 3bet a lot by worse hands on this flop so I especially don't like raising and folding on flop/turn if he 3bets. I think this is a spot where your equity will change a lot on the turn.
