Default which PT stat(s) tells if someone is running unusually hot?

I'm a 27/15/1.7 player and I'm running well now, but wondering if it's just a fluke. What PT markers can I point to to tell?

Use OhDude's PT Grapher. He made an EV Bar Chart. For every possible holecard it plots 6 bars. Your alltime EV for that hand, your EV over the last 10000 hands and your EV over the last 1500 hands. It also plot the frequency you've gotten the hand, the frequency you've gotten that hand over the last 10000 hands and the frequency you've gotten the hand over the last 1500 hands. The 10000 and 1500 are the default values and you can tailor them to meet your needs.

With that chart you can quicky determine visually if you're getting your premium hands more times than you should and if your winning more with them than normal.
