Push preflop. Or fold (way worse unless UTG literally has never raised). But anything is better than a min-reraise with those blinds. Anything.

Need more info on UTG.
If I was gonna play this hand I would have pushed preflop. If I had not done that, I would have pushed on the flop if I knew I was going to call a reraise all in. But I don't think playing this hand is +EV here unless you can give us some info on UTG. |
