I don't think overcalling with Ace high makes sense. But it is 3 cents in a $15.06 pot. I'd probably call since in some bizarre world my Ace high would be good once in 500 times.

Is it because UTG's 3-bet gives us valuable information that we wouldn't have if we just called?

i have no issues with it. but can see both sides i guess.
