Default 10k Stat Check-up

This isn't my first 10k hands, but it's my first 10k since I finished SSHE for the third time and felt like I actually understood most of its concepts. I've probly played just over 20k total.

I know my VP$SB is high, but that is coming down quickly (I used to play any face card or connectors if there was no raise). My PFR% is low, but it's on its way up, since I recently changed my raising standards. I also feel like I need to be more agressive postflop, and I've been working on that. Any other suggestions?

I also have been making my money mostly from bonus whoring, but I am running out of bonuses that are clearable at the .5/$1 level. My bankroll is about $1600, started from $100. I feel pretty confident in my ability to play .5/$1, but I have never tried $1/2. I have also heard that people have trouble at $1/2. Should I just go straight to $2/4? Or Should I get some more practice at .5/$1?

Thanks for the input.
