I want Hip Hop Suggestions
What am I missing? I like the inspired stuff. Rapping about drugs is acceptable, rapping about bling is not.
Inspired by the K-OS thread. What I like, Wu-Tang, Gravediggaz, Biggie, Old Tupac, some Beastie Boys, John Cena. Edit: Looking for new stuff, I know Tribe and Mos Def and De La Soul. That stuff is pretty chill too. Thanks. I'm kidding about the John Cena thing.

If no one has mentioned Mos Def yet, he's the [censored] man. he has a solo album, he also has worked with Talib Kweli (their duo name was Black Star)
also tribe called quest is good

Do you have PE? You should definitely own Fear of a Black Planet and Nation of Millions.
Also, if you like instrumental/dj hip-hop you should check out DJ Shadow's Entroducing and The Private Press. I am useless whn it comes to new rap/hip hop.
