Pretty standard. I would do this unless I had a strong read on the raiser not to.

I'm not a fan. 33 is a hand that plays great in this spot on the flop, so I'd rather try to spike a set here, and get it in on the flop, than reraise all in here. But I think both options are good.

Could Stop n Go here too to get bigger PP's to lay down that would call the push (unless you spike a 3, then c/r all in), lots of options with this hands, most good, except fold.

I like this play too, however your push isn't bad either...

Looks fine to me.
Notice small blind has called as well. This takes away some of your post-flop options, and I'd rather squeeze them and try to win the pot now than play it multiway or for set value. (You don't have enough chips to justify playing it for set value, anyway.)

Yes you do. Up to 10% of your stack is generally considered the right implied odds.

I was considering that since you'd already posted, you have 1/7 of your stack in, which is too much...
...not that that matters since you posted whether or not you're calling.
I still don't like trying to spike a set when my stack is this short, and the small blind may be coming along just because he thinks the button is on a cheap steal, so I like the push here.
