Default JJ turn raise hand

JJ in SB, loose 66 VP limper on CO, I raise, BB folds. Flop comes 862, no flush draw. I bet, CO raises, I 3-bet, he calls. Turn is another 8. I bet, he raises...

Edit: CO has normal AG factor, but had just tried to bluff me unsuccessfully two hands earlier w/ 6 high, no draw.
