Default underpair against a pfr.

Oddly enough I don't have any stats on this guy.

UTG limps CO raises I call in the BB with 2h2c

flop comes [ 3s, 5c, 7h ]

MP bets I c/r UTG folds MP calls

Turn Qh I bet get raised and call

I hate giving credit to these guys in this spot

River Qs check/call

Anyone take issue with any streets? IMO there is only one borderline street. Comments welcome.

turn is fold. He knows you wont give him credit for a random overcard that happened to hit the turn. Once you get to the river though you have to call.

Fold the flop.

[/ QUOTE ]Folding the flop is very bad, IMO. (in other words, explain yourself.)

CO raises an UTG limper and we call with 22 for 1 BB. I get this. Very standard.

Flop comes down rags and our plan is to c/r and get UTG to fold, correct? Is UTG really folding a raggy board like this with enough? The man did limp UTG, correct? I wouldn't exactly put him as the folding type.

Also, MP either has us beat or has super live outs and our reverse implied odds for going to the river suck since we have no idea where we are at in this hand and can't show aggression unless we spike a 2.

You give me this hand heads up and maybe I like it, but I don't think our hand is super hot 3-way.

Reverse implied odds do not apply if we have the best hand right?

[/ QUOTE ]I don't think UTG is calling two cold here with less than top pair, or 86, and I think our equity against CO is at least 50%. So folding would leave money behind.

But my point is, we are putting in these 2 bets just to find out we may or may not be behind. Because we still don't know about MP until the turn, at least.

Few people are capable of bluff-raising the turn with overs. Fold the turn.
