Default playing heads up when you completely miss out of position

Whats the best plan to play this kind of flop against a random opponent. should i c/f, c/c, or b/c the flop? the turn is an easy fold?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero raises, 2 folds, Button calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (5.33 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.66 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.66 BB

Random opponent is a terrible read. If player is totally unk. I'm tempted to fold the flop in hopes that this unk. will make more plays at me when I have good hands.

I fold the flop. You have 3-4 outs at the most (non-diamond ace is probably good but a non-diamond jack is probably good less than 50% of the time)

I like a flop fold. Our draws suck, the pot is small, and even if he doesnt have it his draws probably stronger than ours.
