Default 5-10 3-Handed, Villain Loves Overbet

Villain buys in short for like $200 and we play heads up for about 10 minutes and then he stacks me when he overbets with the nuts. We play for another 10 minutes and I fall for it again, once again he shows the nuts.

A couple minutes later we are 3-handed. Villain has about $350ish, new guy has about $750 and I have them covered.

I limp from the button with AA, SB completes, and Villain checks in BB. Pot $30.

Flop comes 669 rainbow. SB checks, BB bets $25. Interested in what most people would do here, but I just call, SB folds. Pot $80.

Turn is a 6 and Villain moves in for around $300. Thoughts?

First of all...
Raise Preflop unless you're playing really passive right now and a raise would give your hand away.

I like the call on the flop. You're either way ahead or way behind unless he has 78. Does he lead with draws?

My plan would be to call the flop and raise any turn, but he moved in. Id expect to see a 9 here so many times.
