Default Brantford Casino 2/5 Starting Hands Cheat Sheet

My friend (who's starting out in hold'em) and I are going to Brantford Casino to play alittle 2/5 hold'em. Its a friday, so it's gonna be packed. He plays pretty loose, not too passive, not too aggressive either. He plays quite aggressive with good hands, however. But this post isn't about him.

I've made a starting hands guide to give him. Like a crib sheet (i don't think he can use it in the game, he'll just have to memorize) SO i've made it very basic and very simple.

One last thing to mention. I've made this crib sheet in kind of a hurry, because I'm at work and can't be caught online!!

Any signifacant modification that need to be made?

Buy Small Stakes Holdem by Ed Miller/Sklansky.

I've only been a few times and I play $5/$10 not $2/$5, but from what I've seen it's a crazy loose passive calling station game. The book has loose preflop hand list. But more importantly will teach how to play really loose tables like that.

BTW, bankroll permitting $5/$10 at Brantford is equivalent to $2/$4 on Party.

i have SSH by miller. This is only a guide for my buddy. He doesn't like to read poker books

Is 5/10 that wussy????? GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVY! Can't wait! I think the line up for 2/5 might be a little long, maybe I"ll bump it up to 5/10

I only play micro's online, if they had .5/1 or 1/2 at brantford, i'd be in there. I think i underestimate my ability.

EDIT: or i'm chicken s**t.

IIRC you made countless posts on the topic of "Should I buy SSH," all of which were dumb. Welcome back.

yes most of the time, it's that wussy, but it can be slightly rocky sometimes, so you have to know when to it is such and either move table or move down to 2/5. However given you currently are micro online, unless you don't mind $300 swings stick to 2/5.

Also if you have SSH, there is your list for your friend. Done!
