he did bet the turn. what do you mean?

I fold when it's two back to me on the turn. I think best case we're up against QJ and QJ with 8 full outs, and in that case we barely have odds to continue. and it's quite possible that only our set outs are good, and by the way one of those might not even be good.

and the button really, really looks like he's sandbagging a set.

Without a read on the button, we'll have to assume that he's 'typical'. Given that, you're looking at a set most of the time with an occasional QJ thrown in. With the possibility of more betting, I'd you've got to be best here &gt;20% of the time to make calling down profitable. I think a fold is probably best.
