pure bluff flop bets HU, turn follow ups?

How often would you say you guys attempt HU bluff flop bets? For example, you're in the BB with crap, say 72o, a guy with average stats open-limps from MP, SB folds, and the flop comes fairly ragged, say Qxx, how often do you guys bet out as a bluff? If just called, how often do you follow up on the turn? This sort of seems akin to the play advocated where one limps in from the SB HU and then bets out on the flop no matter what falls...
