Default 88 OOP-- What\'s the best line?

CO is like 60/10 and is passive postflop. Not enough hands to determine his blind steal %. 3-bet preflop?

Anyway, what are the best lines in this situation? If I lead, he likely will only raise hands that beat me, but if I check, I think he'll alwasy bet.

Check/call the flop, bet the turn? Checkraise the flop? Just bet the flop? Something else??

Again, CO is 60/10/.8. Button is a super chasing calling station fish.

I bet this flop every time (you don't want the flop getting checked through and there is a good chance CO raiser will raise knocking the button out). Against an unknown CO raiser I will call his flop raise and c/c turn & river.

Bet and if CO raises play pokah. I'd tend to fold against the button if he raises though.

3-bet preflop. Lead the flop.

Bet this everytime.

and I am against a preflop 3 bet.

edit: villains sound fishy, and I think our vig here from all the times that they will call our flop and turn bet with unimproved overs is worth not making it a mistake to do so.

3-bet preflop.

Bet flop.

Take it from there.

You 3-bet preflop because you likely have the best hand and want to win more money, take control of the hand, & charge drawing/worse hands to look at the flop.

The CO isn't unknown. He's passive postflop, but he'll probably bet this flop when it's checked to him.

I think leading this flop is worse than check-calling and leading the turn. If I lead into him, he'll likely raise and isolate me only with higher pockets, which have me drawing thin. I can't be sure, though, so I'd have to call down depending on the turn/river. However, if I lead the turn and get raised, it's a very easy fold.

I'd like to hear more input on this, since this situation comes up all the time.
