Default JJ, late in the tournament, new table

Just moved to a new table a hand or two earlier, so no reads. There are about 65 to 70 players left, top 50 make money.

UTG+1 has a pretty deep stack (8500), but I'm much deeper (about 13000) and in the CO with JJ. Blinds are 200/400 and UTG+1 makes it 1800 to go. Folds around to me.

What's your play?

Odd bet, and I like the "hooks"

THat being nothing this is a hard one for me as I see only a raise (putting him to the test) or a fold are your options...not really sure if a flat-call and "play the flop" apply here as he's putting in nearly 1/4 his stack oop.

Still not sure what I'd do, but thinking a bit, I'd most likely fold here 'till I can get a better read on him.
