Default Late stage $10+1NL rebuy JJ

Ok here goes. 4 players left in 666-man field in $10+1NL rebuy on PokerStars. First pay $7000, second $4000, third $2550 and fourth $1910.

Blinds are frozen at 20,000/40,000 blinds with a 2,000 running ante. There is close to 4 million in play.

Small blind has about 950,000. Big blind has around 500,000. UTG has 1,400,000 and I have 1,050,000. The final table has taken a long time (naturally almost, with these stacks), we have just been discussing a deal.

First hand back to play, UTG moves in with his 1,400,000 stack. He has moved directly all-in with open-raises at least 3-4 times earlier on the final table, but also made several "normal raises" (probably a tad bit more than his "fair" share).

I pick up J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button. Action?

May I add that there are no particular soft spots left in the tournament, and the UTG in particular is a pretty well-known high-limit cashgame player (yes I know, I was also surprised to see him in this tournament).
