gratz on the FT. I think inquiring minds want to know all about how great of a poker player Danny 'the luckbox' Nguyen really is.

You know, I'm a little confused about the true identity of the player they identified as Danny Nguyen. I'm almost 100% certain that it's not the same DN from the Bay 101 broadcast and that Cardplayer and Hendon Mob got it wrong.

The kid I played with was a young Asian-American dude who was talkative and bright and looked NOTHING like DN as I remember him from the broadcast. He said John Phan was putting him in most of the Legends events. FWIW, I'm pretty sure they chopped 3 ways.

To the OP, thanks: unfortunately the opperative word is "another" since I'm in a weird 5th place rut. This summer I've taken 5th in events at the Bellagio, WSOP, Party Poker $200 and now at the Bike; those have been my only significant scores this summer. Although it's nothing to complain about, it is a little unsettling.

I kinda hope Scotty or Men the Master sponsor a tournament, so we have even the slightest shot at seeing the headline "Danny Nguyen Wins Wynn's Nguyen"

How many events have you played?

This summer I played something like 15 WSOP events, 2 of the Bellagio dailies and just a few online events. That was my first Bike event.
