Default Value bet or free card?

SB was fairly loose-passive, calling down any piece, but not raising TP.
BB was new to the table, but only bought in for 10BB.

I intended my flop raise to get me a free card on the turn for my flush draw, but instead, should I value bet my 2nd pair, top kicker?
The SB cold-calling the flop did concern me a little.

UltimateBet ($.50/$1 Hold'em)
Pre-flop: Hero is UTG+2 with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
2 fold, Hero raises, 4 fold, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
SB checks, BB checks, Hero ???

Between (decent) chance of being ahead, trip/2p outs and nut flush outs, I think you can bet this for value here.
SB's not going to check-raise you, and I think we can take our chances with BB.

I'd value bet the turn there. You want to know if you might be behind to a straight if you get c/r'd. Even if you are you have ~14 outs.

I think if it'll cost me two big bets to find out, I'd rather not know I'm behind.

Well, obviously. But you value bet, and if you happen to get check/raised by the suspicious cold caller, you might be behind to a straight, in which case you still have odds and outs to call.

I'd say value bet the turn here. What's everyone's plan for the river assuming you don't get check/riased on the turn?

Obviously everone is going to bet if they make the flush.

UI I would normally check behind but I'm not sure if that is too weak or not.

If a A or T comes I would definitely value bet.

Yeah if the river does not help our hand after betting the turn I'm taking the free showdown here. If SB folds on the turn I may bet again on the river.
