5/10 AA on a scary flop
Opponent is kinda reasonable but makes some donkey plays from time to time. A little on the looseish side. I have a very tight image and the past two times I have raised him out of the SB and he's called I've check/folded the flop.
Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (4 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter Button ($1316) Hero ($1116) BB ($598.25) UTG ($607.75) Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Hero raises to $30, BB calls $20. Flop: ($60) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero checks, BB bets $60 So I read somewhere that I'm supposed to check here, I think in this thread, but this seems impossible to play if I don't bet the flop. What's my plan? |

Re: 5/10 AA on a scary flop
Why is this a bet but the other a check? Player dependent?

I just like this line on a paired board...that's all.

Re: 5/10 AA on a scary flop
Your link is busted.
Against non-tricky villian... Lead flop for 2/3 pot. Lead turn for 2/3 pot. Check/Call river. Fold if raised at any point, without improvement. |
