Any read on utg? I might donk bet river or 3bet turn. Could he have a set other than kk? If yes, then I like how you played it.

Well played. Looks like UTG had 66 but I hope I'm wrong.

Default results thoughts

I called like i said and UTG showed 66 and i was pissed. I am not sure what the button had. I could not understad how to get the hh for pokerroom, cause i don't play there much, so i could not check. really i am not sure what he could have had at all, i guess maybe JJ or QQ? I am really not sure. I thought I played it well and there was nopt much else I could do. Right after the hand I felt that I had over played it for about 1 bet, and I should have just called the turn or maybe even folded the river. However, in retrospect I think that A) it is 77-QQ more than aenought to both bet the turn and call down. and B) if I lost a 9K pot because i wanted to save 1 bet i might have shot myself.

Your last sentence makes it sound like you maybe shouldnt be playing 2/4. Not that I think you should have folded, I just dont think this is a good mindset.

"I should have just called the turn"

I prefer betting. If he has a pair between 6s and Ks he might not bet behind you and now you risk letting the field see the river for free. Even if he has a better hand than yours and raises, you're drawing to the nuts.
