Default Short handed, small stakes

I play an almost daily small stakes no-limit game with 3-4 players counting myself. We only play for about an hour at a time...I am getting clobbered on a daily basis...one player bets on everything, all the time, another player calls everything all the time. I am stuck and need some advise quick. I play very well against these same players in a "tournament style" game that we play once a week. Should I just give up the "lunch hour" game...or is there something I am missing???
I will be glad to give more information, if anyone can help me out!
