Does anyone have an emailaddress that Empire actually read ?
Been mailing empire several times about a check I requested about 6 weeks ago and havenīt recieved yet, but they dont reply..
Been mailing to info@empirepoker.com, think once to vip@empirepoker.com (not sure that exists though, but think they mailed me at one point about their new mail for vip support, what should take a day most for them to get reply from. Didnt save the mail though, anyone have that address ?). Are there any else I should try ? thanks |

Re: Does anyone have an emailaddress that Empire actually read ?
I used to get a response from the VIP addy very fast, now however (for the last couple months) I get NO response from them until I email them 50 times. Same with the INFO email
What I do is tell them in my second email how crappy I think their customer service is, and im going to mail them every day until they respond to me. Then I send of the exact same email every day until they do. Usually about day 3 I'll get a response Empire sucks |

Re: Does anyone have an emailaddress that Empire actually read ?
Empire is terrible abour e-mails - they can't receive my e-mails at all. They tried telling me (when they called to verify my TV)I somehow have my e-mails to them blocked. After investigating this, the reverse is true - Empire is responsible for blocking any e-mails.
They still honor the monthly VIP bonus, but they haven't honored their other bonuses, which is why it's no longer my primary site. Would you leave a large chunk of money with a site that doesn't accept e-mails and doesn't have a phone number? |

Re: Does anyone have an emailaddress that Empire actually read ?
I've had the same problems with emailing empire (I think one of the other party skins too), they never respond to any of my emails from my @verizon.net account. Usually after 2 days I get fed up, and email them from my @yahoo.com account and get a response almost immediately. If you have another email account somewhere, I'd suggest trying to send from it. Hope this helps.

Try calling pay-pro @ (877)776-1204 [/ QUOTE ] This is likely your best option, although alerts@empirepoker.com is supposed to work too. |
