Default JJ against the LPP (6max)

Villian on this hand is LPP, his post-flop agg is about 0.60, should I be more aggressive here? I don't think he's good enough to bet a monster draw (or any kind of draw), he's just passive and I think he flopped a straight. Here's the hand:

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, BB calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (8.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, SB calls.

Final Pot: 16.50 BB

If he is really that passive and you saw it even HU than I cannot find anything wrong with the hand.
Against a normal player I would pop the turn again.

Over how many hands is his agg factor? Do you have the street by street agg factors?

I think that if you just call the flop 3-bet, you should raise the turn. A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is a fairly safe card for you.

I have 55 hands on the villian, I don't know how many I had on him at that moment (but my read was that he's passive), his post-flop agg by street is:
Flop: 0.30
Turn: 0.41
River: 1.56

I normally cap this against almost every opponent (and lead or rise the turn, call down if raised and call if I don't fill up), is capping ok against this type of opponent?

Probably not. But b/c PT stats are not perfect then capping is OK. But don't raise the turn if bet again.

OK I agree on not rising the turn if bet again, thanks to everyone that replied, here are the results if anyone is interested:

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has Jc Jd (full house, jacks full of tens).
SB has Qh Kc (straight, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins 16.50 BB. </font>

Cap flop and I'd probably keep betting/raising unless he 3-bets me on the turn in which I would believe he had the straight.
