Default Clearwater Casino by Seattle

I am in Seattle this week and interested in trying out the Casinos here. If they play 'non-standard' Holdem, then I'm really not interested. Can anyone who has played at ClearWater let me know the background on the Holdem at Clearwater?...Is it 'spread-limit, etc?

If you're in Seattle, why would you go to Clearwater? It's kind of out of the way.

Last I saw, they spread up to 4-8 limit.

Depends on what you're looking for and what your "standard of care" is.

Basic run of the mill? Oodles of smaller cardrooms that spread up to 4-8, a couple 8-16.

Want Omaha action? Uh... crikey, in this town? Lil's, I think, and some place in Everett who's name I always forget.

Nonsmoking? Tulalip is the only nonsmoking room I know of.

Good food? Well, I never eat at the table, so I have no idea.

The other Omaha place you're thinking of is The Grove up in Everett.

Basically, there's tons of poker around Seattle if you only want to play 3/6 and 4/8 hold'em. However, for mid-limit games you'll pretty much want the Muckleshoot in Auburn (or maybe the 12/24 at Diamond Lil's in Renton).
