What software do I need?

Well I played pro for a short while before getting a real job and supplemented my income with poker during this time. Now I'm becoming intrigued about going back to poker seriously and tracking my performance and bankroll instead of blowing all my money and not worrying about improving my game.

Pokertracker is obviously a must but I know there are a couple other things a lot of people use. What do I NEED and what might I conisder using? I'll most likely be multi-tabling small-mid limit HE and Stud8 on one of the major sites.
