If I have >10BB, just about any bet commits me to the pot, so I should probably move my entire stack if I'm going to raise preflop. I want to double up very soon, because I'm losing folding equity with every orbit.

At 5 BB or less, an open raise position with practically any two cards is what I'm looking for.

Is this correct, as far as it goes?
