Poker lessons/poker coach

I've been considering taking a few poker lessons with somebody to improve my game. Anybody know of a good coach? How do the lessons usually work and how much do they cost? I'm playing 2/4 full and 1/2 6-max right now and have a goal to move up to 5/10 by the end of 2005 (hopefully). I'm feeling that my SH play is particularly lacking but I'm sure my full ring play could use work as well. I'm not necessarily looking for a world-class coach or anything, just someone who has already beaten the games I'm currently playing and moved on to the higher limits.
