After playing this hand I am thinking that if I was willing to risk an amount equal to my opponent's whole stack then I should have called and tried to induce him to bluff on the river. Maybe I should have mini-raised him?? Was the large raise on the turn a good play, a bad play, or a terrible play?

I fold preflop. ATo is not a hand you want to be playing in early position in this situation- especially if you are not opening. Having said that, your raise to 60 is too weak, and i think it will induce a pretty multi way pot which you dont want. I think a raise on the flop for information is needed, I'd raise to 200 and fold to any reraise. If he calls the 200 and checks the turn on a brick, i check behind and just call any river bet, to keep the pot small. if the turn and river both brick and he checks the river too, i may bet small for value depending on how the board looks.
