Back to back eagles for that Tiger guy to jump into 4th place on day 2, 3 back with 4 still to play today...

Parred 17, so he'll have to birdie 18 to hit 60. It would also tie him with Vijay for the lead.

Fred Funk, playing with him, was -6 thru 16. I would love to know how it feels to be six under thru 16 and be trailing your playing partner by five strokes.

Default Good Day for Stanford Alums

61 for Woods, 65 for Tom Watson in the Senior Open. I guess those two guys have had plenty of good days though.

Not so good for Ernie Els, who's out for the year after knee surgery. Hope he comes back strong in 2006.
