Default B&M clubs in DC Baltimore area?

Here's the deal im under heavy pressure to relocate down to DC/BMORE area to work for 2 years from NYC. I am hesitant, as i love the games up here. Are there any rooms down there? Games action? Please PM with locations and respond here if there are a decent amount of games. Thanks in advance.

There are a few games, but not that many and not for big money. It's not like NY with a bunch of clubs...the few games are home games. Basically, online and AC is the way to go. It is a great city though.

D.C. is a great city.

Baltimore is not.

i'm assuming this was what you meant but i just wanted to make this clarification anyways.

i know of one club in baltimore, never been there but a friend of a friend is a dealer there. as far as i know it's the only one, but then again, i haven't really been looking.

Yes, I was referring to the nation's capitol.

There are small games around, but I don't really like home games (esp. for significant money). I know of private no limit games and stud games. People post home games on Craigslist. But generally, I just play online and go to AC every other weekend...it's not THAT far.

There is a 10/25 NL game in Baltimore outside of Pikesville.

There are various 2/5 games in a Balt musuem.

the 1/2 dominos game will be great for easy scores.

you and the stud player can alternate weekend trips to AC. Rooms during the winter will be comped no problem.

that's been our agenda here too, plus our weekly home game for chump change.

one good thing about baltimore -- i'm about... 45 minutes closer to AC than you

DC is a good city i lived around that area for 3 years. But i wanna know about the games really. 10-25 nto in my league quite yet. but 2/5 1/2 and 5/10 is what im looking for. I want more challenge than domonies. Overall its a bad game. ALl the bad players have 100 or less and loose all there money before 12 after than all the good players are left and it becomes more difficult. whats 100 dollars anyway UGH two BJ hands wait no im retired....
