Default 3-handed TP on a flush board (1/2 at TS), turn play

I'm probably not a winning player 3-way with these guys.

Old guy: A TS regular (knows all dealers and waitresses) and has already shown his ability to read me. Usually plays the 20/40 limit game. Has like 300
Fratboy: Solid player, probably as good as me, didn't play many hands when the table had 7, but has loosened up as we got to 3. has like 200
Me: Loose preflop, good postflop, it's probably obvious I don't play much live. I have 200

I have 97o OTB and limp, fratboy completes, old guy checks.

Flop is 962, all spades. (6$)

Fratboy checks, oldguy leads for 5, I call, as does fratboy.

Turn is 9 ($20)

Fratboy leads for 25, old guy folds.

What's my play?

In that situation, I'd just call and wait for more information on the river. i'd put the frat guy on the flush and hope for the river to give me the boat. If it didn't, you would at least be able to see how he bets it on the river.

If I think he has a flush I can't call (2-to-1 on a call thats 4-to-1 to hit [and I probably won't get paid off if the board pairs again]). So is this a clear fold?

Also, in your post you don't include your actual holding.

well if i was sure he had the flush, i'd fold. i would call because u may very well be winning or if losing a lucky river could take his stack. If you miss the river, u are still in position to see how he bets first. lay it down easily to 4th spade and bet by opponent. lay it down to big river bet by opponent. call if he bets another $25 bet on river. If he checks to you on river, i'd probably check it behind him.
